Aye, we booked a Standard Double Room for one night and I gotta say, that air conditioning was dope, kept us nice and cool. But, man, we had some trouble with that shuttle service, felt like we was bein’ played. Had to hustle for a ride to the airport. Still, the flat-screen TV was nice to unwind with after a long day.

The King Room impressed me with its spacious layout and comfortable bed. I appreciated the pool table in the reception area. it made for a fun way to pass time before my early flight. Plus, having a subway right next door made dinner easy after a long day. However, the lack of a reliable shuttle service was frustrating. When I arrived, the shuttle didn’t come, and no one answered the phone for assistance. This meant a pricey taxi ride to the hotel. Leaving was just as challenging. the hotel tried to arrange an Uber that cost significantly more than usual, and the vehicle that showed up was a friend's car rather than a proper service. This situation left a bad taste at the end of my stay.

The lack of shuttle service availability is disappointing!!! Arranging a taxi should be a breeze but turned into a frustrating hassle!!! WiFi access process felt outdated and inconvenient!!! One bottle of water but no glass to use!!!

Family not worth the hassle
The location was convenient, close to the airport! But that’s about it. The staff at the front desk were helpful but everything else wasn't fun.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but that’s not the only issue.
